After many shared laughs, beers and gin tonics in London, Spain and LA, we find ourselves back in Manila. With a passion for food, organic ingredients and the desire to bring a little bit of the flavors we enjoyed abroad to the Philippines, we decided to create Moxy.
Moxy aims to highlight local ingredients, such as Adlai, with recipes we have come to love from our travels and lives abroad. Encouraged by the wonderful work our local organic farmers are doing, we want to do our bit to introduce their produce to a wider audience. Most of the ingredients you find in our food are organic. Good for the environment, good for you.
